Appetizers

Fire Grilled Calamari   
drizzled w/ lemon, olive oil, tomato, Italian parsley and caper salsa 

Romaine Heart leaves
with Caesar dressing wrapped in crouton pastry with shaved parmesan (V)

Roasted Beets and Roasted Pear
topped with Warm Goat Cheese, garnished with walnuts, drizzled with a honey, red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing (V)

Soup of the day

Oven Roasted Tomatoes and Bocconcini
with olive oil drizzle and basil tapenade (V)

Seared Rare Tuna and Cold Smoked Salmon
drizzled with a wasabi cream served with a watercress and radish salad

Roasted fennel and Arugula Salad
with shaved parmesan, olive oil and lemon dressing (V)

Herb Baked Polenta and Portobello Mushroom
topped with Quebec blue Ermite cheese served with a light white wine cream sauce (V)

Main Plates

Grilled Shrimp
served with a fresh thyme, garlic, lemon, butter and white wine reduction, steamed red potatoes and sautéed vegetables

Pan seared Calves Liver
served with caramelized onions, red wine and fig - balsamic reduction and Yukon mashed

Fire Grilled Atlantic Salmon
served with lemon, tomato, olive oil, caper, green onion salsa, steamed mini red potatoes and sautéed vegetables

Baked Eggplant Rollatini filled with ricotta and mozzarella
served with tomato sauce (V)

Braised Beef prepared in a red wine and root vegetable reduction
served with Yukon mashed and sautéed vegetables

Fresh fish special of the day

Penne with mini veal meatballs green peas and mushrooms
tossed with a tomato basil sauce

Spaghettini with lemon, leeks and carrot
with a butter, shallot, cream, white wine reduction (V)

Pan Sautéed Chicken Breasts
served with a mushroom and port wine reduction Yukon mashed and sautéed vegetables
